When we started out 10 years ago designing branded merchandise and apparel we struggled to find the same quality hats we bought in retail stores and wore year round.

After years (literally) of searching for a partner who could pull it off we came up empty. So we decided to invest the money and just do it ourselves! From this desire to build a hat worthy of bragging rights and daily wearing – HatHead was born.

Today HatHead designs and builds headwear for some of the most well respected brands in the country.

Our process is unusual. Our timelines border on ridiculous. Our pricing is not “cheap”…..BUT the customers who keep coming back again and again do so for one reason: there’s simply nothing like the look and feeling of a truly high quality hat. The brands that understand the longevity and reflection on their company understand HatHead is the only choice when it comes to low volume custom headwear.

Our headwear starts at 575 pieces and average out at $10-$12 per hat per design. Our clients are proud to hand these to their best customers, leverage them as gift with purchase items or retail them in some of the finest shops in America for between $25 & $49 each.
